Why change factions?

There can be many reasons to change factions such as

• Alignment with your friends.

• Specific recipe set; as they change based on in-game faction. Learn more: Consumables

• Joining a less competitive Leaderboard to make it easier to climb for medals

Cost of switching factions

To switch factions, you need various items depending on how active/populated a faction is, you may need: Transfusers, Dung & Butterflies of certain factions, Dust or Shards of certain factions, and potentially different items in the future.

The resource cost shifts up or down based on active faction members
